At Chepkungurwet Foundation, we believe that sustainable community transformation begins with empowering individuals and families. Through education, mentorship, sponsorship, skills development, psychosocial support, menstrual health initiatives, and housing programs, we work to improve livelihoods, promote dignity, and create opportunities for rural communities to thrive.

School Mentorship Programs

9 schools reached | 15 active mentors | 1177 Students Reached on a weekly basis
Equipping learners with life skills, guidance, and mentorship to help them navigate academic and life challenges.

Education Sponsorship Program

5 vulnerable students supported
We have reached out to 5 very vulnerable students who could not afford senior school, which is a critical stage of basic education. Through this program, we provide school fees and essential school requirements to help learners continue their education and pursue their dreams without financial barriers.

Menstrual Health & Hygiene Program

2,200 sanitary pads | 1,100 boxers | 1,500 toothbrushes distributed
Advancing menstrual health awareness, dignity, and school attendance through education and the provision of hygiene supplies.

Psychosocial Community Workshops

3 workshops conducted | 590+ community members reached | 10 individual sessions
Promoting mental well-being, resilience, and healthy relationships through community workshops and individual support.

Entrepreneurship & Skills Development

1 table banking training conducted | 0 skills trainings completed
This program is aimed at improving the lives of rural communities, especially women and youth, by equipping them with livelihood skills that enable them to improve their lives and support their families.
Implementation has been limited due to insufficient funding, affecting the rollout of planned skills training activities.

Decent Housing & Sanitation Program

1 house built
This program improves living conditions for vulnerable families by constructing decent homes using locally available materials, providing safe and dignified shelter for families, including children who often lack adequate sleeping space in traditional housing setups.
